Jessica Sgrignoli: Through my writing, I hope to convey and maybe even elicit, humour, truth and emotion about every day life that people usually miss or like to admit. One of my passions is blogging about Yoga, which is just one aspect of my business that feeds my creativity. Through my professional work as a Yoga Teacher and Bodywork Practitioner, I support female helping professionals who are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, physically depleted and may be experiencing chronic pain.
