One of my passions is blogging about Yoga, which is just one aspect of my business that feeds my creativity. Through my professional work as a Yoga Teacher and Bodywork Practitioner, I support female helping professionals who are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, physically depleted and may be experiencing chronic pain.
